Coverage

Every unit is covered by the manufacturer limited warranty: 10 years on the tank and 6 years on parts when installed in a single-family residence by a licensed professional.

Registration

Register your serial number with the manufacturer after installation to speed up any future claim. Keep your invoice — it is your proof of purchase.

Filing a claim

• Contact us with your order number, serial number and a description of the issue.
• We coordinate with the manufacturer for parts or a replacement unit.
• Labor is not covered unless a service plan was purchased.

What voids coverage

Improper installation, operating outside rated temperature or pressure limits, dry firing, and commercial use in a residential-rated unit are excluded.

Safety

Install according to local plumbing and electrical codes, maintain required clearances for airflow, and test the temperature-pressure relief valve annually. Flush the tank yearly to protect the anode rod and heat exchanger.
