Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery is free on every water heater order — no freight surcharge at checkout.

Processing and transit

• Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment approval.
• Standard delivery arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your ZIP code.
• You receive tracking by email as soon as the unit leaves the warehouse.

Freight delivery

Because a heat pump water heater is oversized, delivery is made by a freight carrier. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18+ must be present to sign.

Inspect on arrival

Please inspect the carton before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day so we can arrange a replacement at no cost.

Store pickup

Where available, you can select pickup at checkout. We hold your unit for 7 days after the ready-for-pickup notice.

Delays

Severe weather, carrier backlogs and remote areas can add time. We will notify you if your estimated window changes.
