Include your order number and ZIP code and we can confirm your freight window, reschedule a delivery, or resend tracking.

Returns & warranty

For a return authorization or warranty claim, send your order number, the unit serial number and photos of the issue. Most claims are answered within one business day.

Pre-purchase questions

Not sure which capacity fits your household, or whether your space has enough airflow? Tell us the number of bathrooms, occupants and the install location and we will recommend a size.
