Categories we collect

Identifiers, commercial information (orders), payment information handled by our processor, internet activity from cookies, and approximate location from IP address.

Submitting a request

Send your request through our Contact Us page including the email address used for your order. We verify identity before acting and respond within 45 days. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with written permission.
