Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

You can return an unused water heater within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. The unit must be uninstalled, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.

How to start a return

• Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
• We email you a return authorization and a prepaid freight label or pickup date.
• Keep the unit palletized and accessible for the carrier.

Refunds

Once the unit arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Card refunds can take an extra 5–10 days to post depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different capacity? We ship the replacement as soon as the return is authorized so you are not left without hot water longer than necessary.

Damaged or defective units

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the unit free of charge. Manufacturing defects after installation are covered by the manufacturer warranty — see our Warranty page.

Non-returnable items

Installed units, modified units and items missing major components cannot be returned, but may still be covered under warranty.
